Cancellation Policy
At 3D Skin Studio LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all of our clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, please adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
1. Cancellation Policy:
Notice Required: To cancel your appointment without incurring a fee, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service price.
2. Rescheduling Policy:
Notice Required: To reschedule your appointment without incurring a fee, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of $25 if applicable. This fee will be applied to the cost of your rescheduled service.
3. No-Show Policy:
No-Show Fee: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied to your next appointment if rescheduled.
4. Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies can occur. If you are unable to provide the required notice due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation or rescheduling fee at our discretion.
